Color Sparks.  A microfine watercolour pigment powder.  Either sprinkle and spritz with water for a watercolour background or use with modelling pastes, gels, creams and paints (clear and light-colours only) to tint or change colour.  These deeply pigmented powdered colors are water activated and great for use with all types of wet media including: water, paint, modelling paste, gel media, collage and everything in between.
